Munay Ceremony

Munay Ceremony invites you on an interactive journey through the Self.

We will start the session with meditation, calling in and connecting with the energy of the masterplant cacao followed by a short movement for grounding to open our bodies.

Authentic relating – a conscious communication practice, is woven into the experience and therefore creates a space experience and an opening of the heart through interacting in community.

The magical vibrations of crystal- and bronze singing bowls, the harmonious sounds of the Koshi, the rhythmic drum, and much more will take you into fascinating worlds and create a deeply nourishing experience.

This space is created to welcome you in all that you are and invite an opening of the heart through union, mindfulness, and clarity with yourself and your surroundings.
