THE FEMININE RETREAT
A Journey into Sisterhood, Embodiment & the Sacred Feminine
There comes a moment on the spiritual path where we no longer want to simply understand spirituality with the mind.
There is a deep long to feel it in the body, in the bones, in the Yoni.
A desire for experience. For embodiment.
To bring heaven down to Earth, into your physical life.
The Feminine Retreat was born to make this your reality and is deeply rooted in embodied feminine work.
Nestled in the sacred lands of the Peruvian Andes, this retreat is an invitation into deep sisterhood, embodied spirituality, rituals and ceremonies, devotion, and feminine awakening. It is a space where women gather to reconnect to their bodies, their truth, their sensuality, and the wisdom that already lives within them.
Over 8 days together, we journey through practices rooted in
Shakta Tantra
Embodiment & Somatic practices
Meditation & Pranayama
Devotional practices
Ritual and ceremonial arts
4 feminine Archetype Workshops
Sharing circles & Authentic Relating
Sound Healing
Plant medicine ceremonies
The Essence of the Retreat
Modern life often disconnects women from their bodies, emotions, intuition, and cyclical nature. Many of us have learned to suppress our sensitivity, numb our emotions, or abandon ourselves in order to feel safe, loved, or accepted.
This retreat is about peeling away layers of conditioning and returning to the essence of who you truly are and invites you into another way of being.
A way where your body becomes sacred again.
Where devotion becomes a living practice.
Where sisterhood becomes medicine.
Where pleasure, softness, expression, and truth are welcomed.
Together we create a safe and intentional space where every woman is invited to arrive exactly as she is… Held in all her tenderness, power, grief, beauty, and becoming.
Shakta Tantra
Shakta Tantra builds the foundation and framework for this retreat. We worship and honour the feminine in all its forms and see every energy as the Goddess. In Tantra, the body is not seen as separate from spirituality but as a sacred temple through which consciousness can be experienced. Our approach to Tantra is grounded, embodied, and devotional.
Rather than focusing on concepts alone, we explore spirituality as a lived experience through the body, breath, heart, and nervous system.
We reconnect through Tantric practices to the juicy life force energy within us and allow it to move more freely through body, heart, and spirit.
We begin every morning with a Tantric Sadhana which includes Pranayama, Meditation, Bija Mantras, Kundalini practices and Chakra activations.
Ritual & Devotion
Ritual is woven into every part of this retreat, helping us anchor ourselves back into the present moment. With intention and deep presence at their core, our rituals are held within a clear, sacred framework, each with an intentional beginning and end. These practices carry the wisdom of thousands of years, allowing us to align with and tune into their morphogenetic field as well as to awaken a deep sense of resonance within ourselves.
Together we prepare altars with flowers, incense, candles, seeds, representatives for the elements, statues… and fill this sacred space with songs, prayers, handmade / food offerings, that reconnect us to the beauty and sacredness of life and of us.
You will experience:
Goddess ritual
Kirtan & devotional practices
Full Moon ritual in the swimming pool
Flower baths & feminine rituals
Ritual to connect to your sensuality & sexuality
The Four Feminine Archetypes
At the heart of this retreat lies a journey through four archetypal aspects of the feminine psyche. Each archetype opens a different doorway within us and allows us to meet forgotten parts of ourselves with awareness and compassion. Through dance, somatic practices, womb meditation and authentic sharing circles in sisterhood, we reconnect to the intelligence of these archetypes. We awaken a deeper sense of presence and aliveness of these energies in our lives and bodies.
We will focus on these 4 archetypes:
Maiden — Innocence & Trust
Wild Woman — Expression & Liberation
Queen — Worthiness & Power
Crone — Wisdom & Surrender
Plant Medicine & Ceremonies
We begin the retreat with a Despacho, a traditional Andean land offering ceremony to open the pathway between ourselves, the sacred land, the spirits of the Sacre Valley, and the Apus (the mountain spirits of the Andes). This ritual is an act of reverence, reciprocity, and gratitude. Through prayers, intentions, flowers, sweets and sacred offerings, we honor the unseen forces that hold and guide this journey and humbly ask for their blessings, protection, and support throughout our time together.
The retreat includes several cacao ceremonies to explore our heart space and to anchor us there. This all-connective space will allow us to perceive others, ourselves, and Mother Earth from a place of tenderness, compassion and vulnerability.
An optional Huachuma ceremony guided by our shaman sister Jen is possible. Huachuma, also known as the Grandfather Medicine, is a sacred cactus medicine traditionally used in the Andes to support heart opening and connection to nature. It is a profound and powerful opportunity to deepen the spiritual practices and archetypal work we practiced on the days before. Our intention with medicine work is therefore not escapism into a different realm, but a tool to reconnect to yourself. This ceremony is held within a carefully prepared container with integration support by the shaman and us.

Meet Your Facilitators
We are friends, soul companions, and women walking a shared path of devotion, healing, and spiritual practice.
Over the past years, our journeys have brought us deeply into the worlds of Tantra, embodiment, ritual arts, meditation, feminine work, plant medicine integration, and Andean spirituality.
Our friendship is rooted in shared practice, reverence for the sacred, and a genuine devotion to creating safe and authentic spaces for transformation.
Rather than positioning ourselves as “gurus,” we walk beside the women who join us — holding space with humility, care, integrity, and presence.
It is an honour for us to share the practices, rituals, and wisdom traditions that have profoundly transformed our own lives.
